We want to get your jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
U.S. Shipping
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• Free shipping on all U.S. orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).
Tracking Your Order
• All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
• Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Moon & Mango is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
