Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works:

Eligibility

• Earrings: Final sale for hygiene reasons.
• Other jewelry: Eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

No Returns or Exchanges in the Following Cases:

• Used or worn products
• Minor color/design variations due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the product
• Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses
• Purchases made during sale days (final sale)
• Personalized, customized, or engraved products
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We don’t currently process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your piece and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, Moon & Mango will cover the return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at @moonandmangoshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
